Integral Energy promotes a cross-cultural workplace and supports the involvement of aboriginals in our business and community. Integral Energy collaborates with aboriginal programs in our community and provides employment, training, and subcontractor opportunities to qualified candidates whenever possible.

Integral Energy Services Ltd. has in the past worked in conjunction with Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. (CNRL) and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in hiring and training the graduates from the CNRL and NAIT trades training program and has been recognized for its contribution regarding the future development of aboriginals in the electrical trade. 

If Integral Energy Services Ltd. is selected as the E & I contractor, we shall post employment openings from within the local area and hire as many local qualified personnel.

Integral also utilizes aboriginal subcontractors whenever possible. Integral estimates that the value of the content of direct-hire local aboriginal persons of the total amount of the proposed prices is 5%, and the value of the content of Aboriginal Businesses of the total amount of the proposed prices is 5%.

Integral is a member of Redlink and will post material and all third party work requirements there to provide aboriginal organizations with these business opportunities.
